where do we ship to?
we ship worldwide and don’t use any plastic in our packaging!
how long does it take?
we send out orders once a month at the end of each month. for the current shipping date have a look at the announcement bar at the top or in your order confirmation email. we ship priority with the austrian post service and use tracking (for orders > 35€) to make sure that the package arrives at your destination. once the package is mailed, shipping takes usually 2-4 days within the EU (european union) and up to two weeks outside of the EU. please note that we are not responsible for delays due to customs!
are taxes and import fees included?
within the EU, 20% VAT is included in the product price. for non-EU shippings (rest of europe and rest of world) NO taxes are included and additional fees may apply! please note that we are not responsible for any import fees and taxes.

please note that we again charge shipping fees on orders > 200€ due to higher insurance of the package.
the shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout depending on the order price and destination.
please note that we are not responsible for additional fees that may arise when an incomplete or wrong address is typed in. if the shipping is returned to us because import fees or taxes were not paid we will refund you the order but not the shipping fee.
